My journey to the chiropractic profession started with my grandmother, Delores Peterson, who began to see a chiropractor in the early 1940’s for headaches. She continued regular maintenance of her health with chiropractic care throughout her life.  When my father, Donald Peterson, was choosing a career, my grandmother’s influence guided him to attend Palmer Chiropractic College and become a chiropractor.

As a result, my life has involved chiropractic since birth. In 1995 I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Chiropractic College. After graduation I interned at Spring Lake Park Chiropractic. Shortly thereafter, I joined my father in our family practice at North St. Paul Chiropractic.

After 11 years of practice, I left our family’s practice in 2007 and purchased Spring Lake Park Chiropractic, the office where my chiropractic career began.

In 2019 we found the perfect location for a second office in our hometown of Woodbury, Minnesota.  This office needed its own unique identity and Live Well Adjusted, P.A., specializing in hands on adjustments, was established. My wife Sandy and I take pleasure in sharing the benefits of chiropractic with our clients and community. We have two grown children, both alumni of the University of Minnesota, and a daughter in high school. When we are not working, we prefer to spend our time outdoors.
